MY MORRIS EIGHT 1935 SERIES I ..........Registration BBP 869

The car is a 1935 4 door saloon and finished in Green and Black and was first registered 10th November 1935 to a Mr. A Webb of Richmond, Surrey. He obviously used and kept it and had a partial restore to the lower inner sills sometime in the 1960's. Unfortunately it is not known when the car was purchased by another gentleman from Stevenage during the 1980's, who's intention was to restore it as a retirement project. The vehicle was not touched apart from having a full set of tyres put on it and was left dry stored in a lockup in Stevenage for 15 - 20 years. The car was advertised in August 1999 where upon an offer was made and I became the 2nd legal owner of BBP 869, as it had never been recorded at the DVLC by the gentleman from Stevenage.
